Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a large loaf pan with Pam.
Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. The best way to mix this is the good, old-fashioned way: with your own clean hands! Dive in and mush together all those ingredients until they are well-incorporated.

Place the mixture into the lightly-greased loaf pan.
Place loaf in 350* oven. Because it's a large loaf, it's going to take a while to cook it through--an hour and a half to two hours.

Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
The loaf will continue to cook a little bit under its own heat and it will set up a little so it's easier to cut slices of it. If you slice into too quickly, you will end up with a pile of meatloaf--no fair asking me how I know! It still tastes good, but it's not as attractive on the plate.
