Pan-Seared Ribeye, Oven-Roasted Potatoes, Arugula and Tomato Salad and Pan Cookies: What’s Cooking in Keri’s California Kitchen Tonight?

Hello and welcome back to another edition of “What’s Cooking in Keri’s California Kitchen Tonight?” So glad you’re here!

Tonight, I’m cooking up a pan-seared ribeye steak:

oven-roasted potatoes:

a lovely seasonal salad:

and pan cookies, or “cowboy cookies” for dessert:

All of these recipes are super quick and easy to make, but when served together as a meal, this ensemble is restaurant quality and a real crowd pleaser!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Yukon Gold potatoes

Ribeye steaks

Lime juice

Arugula

Tomatoes

Mozzarella

Basic vinaigrette

Butter

Sugar

Dark brown sugar

Eggs

Vanilla

All purpose flour

Baking soda

Baking powder

Cinnamon

Chopped pecans

Oats

Butterscotch chips

Chocolate chips

Kosher salt

Pepper

Lemon-pepper
