Summer Fruit Salad with Sweet Basil With Honey-Lime Dressing

Description

This is a great way to use all those glamorous sun-drenched berries, stone fruits and sweet basil at the height of the summer. And when combined with the honey and lime dressing, this salad becomes a show-stopper! Trust me--your guests will be licking the bowl clean from this one!

Ingredients

1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries (sliced)
1 large peach or nectarine (sliced into bite-sized pieces)
3 sweet basil leaves (sliced into narrow ribbons)
3 tbsp honey
juice of one lime

Instructions

Place all fruit and sweet basil ribbons in a bowl.

Whisk together honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Pour dressing over fruit and sweet basil and toss gently so as not to bruise fruit and basil.

Serve and stand back--your guests will lick the bowl clean!
