Pesto Aioli

Description

Pesto aioli is just made to spread on a veggie sandwich with burrata cheese, tomatoes, greens and avocado. But it's also wonderful with chicken and fish, not to mention as a dip for fresh vegetables and crusty French bread!

  1. Add all the ingredients into a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Keeps covered in the refrigerator for a few days, but trust me--you'll find enough ways to use up this yummy treat that it won't go to waste!

Note

Both mayonnaise and pesto are very easy to make yourself, especially if you have an immersion blender for the mayo. But, in a pinch, prepared mayo and pesto are fine!
