This is a recipe I developed while exploring options for a low-sodium diet, and it's a keeper. This recipe does include some salt, but it comes by way of low-sodium soy sauce, which is a great ingredient for anyone trying to cut down on their sodium intake to have in their arsenal--it packs a lot of flavor with far less salt than other additives. And it's as simple a recipe as you'll ever find: lime juice, low-sodium soy sauce, smoked paprika, a steak and a grill. That's it. Finished. Finito!

The classic wine pairing with steak is cabernet sauvignon, which is delicious, but try it with a beautiful zinfandel--you may find a new favorite!
