Corn on the cob is one of those summer pleasures that we look forward to all year long. When it hits the farmer's market, you know, because all the shoppers are abuzz about the new crop!
I enjoy corn in lots of different preparations, but I always feel that with a vegetable this delicious, the less you mess with it, the better. This is the simplest of preparations--enjoy!
Pull the husks and silks off the corn cobs and discard.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Place corn on grill and grill until they begin to get toasty and are hot throughout.
Slather with butter, sprinkle with salt. Enjoy. Repeat.
